Network and Whitelist Requirements
Depending on your organization’s network and security policies, certain Netmera-related domains and IP ranges may need to be whitelisted to ensure proper communication and delivery.
This can be especially relevant in environments with strict firewall, proxy, or outbound traffic restrictions.
Since some IP addresses and service endpoints may change over time, the most up-to-date whitelist information should be obtained from Netmera when needed.
Why this matters
Whitelisting may be required to support services such as:
API communication
Push notification delivery
CDN content delivery
Other Netmera-related outbound and inbound connections
Whitelisting is not mandatory for every customer environment. However, it can be critical in infrastructures with strict security controls.
