# N-Assistant

N-Assistant reads your Netmera data, interprets it and recommends the next marketing action.

N-Assistant is Netmera's marketing intelligence assistant. Ask a question in plain language, and it reads your Netmera data, explains what is working and what is not, and tells you what to do next.

Every answer is built on your own campaign, audience and event data, and it ends with prioritized recommendations: which campaign to look at first, what to change and where to focus. You keep the decision. N-Assistant recommends, and you choose what to apply.

{% hint style="info" %}
N-Assistant works with read-only access. It recommends actions, and you decide whether to apply them.

### Marketing intelligence, built for Netmera

N-Assistant is designed for mobile marketing and engagement. It understands Netmera metrics, data structure and campaign logic, so its recommendations come from your brand's own data instead of generic marketing patterns.

Use it to understand:

* why a campaign did not get the clicks you expected,
* what is behind a drop in applications or conversions,
* how an increase in opt-outs relates to your campaigns,
* which actions to prioritize to improve retention.

### How it works

<table><thead><tr><th width="140">Step</th><th>What happens</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td><strong>1. Ask</strong></td><td>Type a question in plain language, such as “Analyze the performance of the push notification campaigns I sent recently.”</td></tr><tr><td><strong>2. Analyze</strong></td><td>N-Assistant reads the relevant data in your Netmera app and interprets it with Netmera’s metrics and campaign logic.</td></tr><tr><td><strong>3. Review</strong></td><td>You get a written analysis with key figures, charts, tables and recommended actions in priority order.</td></tr><tr><td><strong>4. Decide</strong></td><td>You choose which recommendations to apply. N-Assistant continues the conversation with follow-up questions.</td></tr></tbody></table>

### What N-Assistant can work with

N-Assistant uses the Netmera MCP toolset, so the following areas are available from a single conversation:

<table><thead><tr><th width="260">Area</th><th>What you can ask about</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td><strong>Analytics</strong></td><td>Performance trends, reached users, active users, open rate, conversions and uninstalls.</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Campaign reports and A/B tests</strong></td><td>Send success rate, click rate, best and weakest campaigns, and test results.</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Workflows and automations</strong></td><td>How your workflows and automations are set up and how they perform.</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Event and profile attributes</strong></td><td>The events and profile attributes that describe your audience and their behavior.</td></tr></tbody></table>

When an analysis is worth keeping, turn the insights into a custom dashboard in your panel.

### Example requests

Ask questions such as:

* “Analyze the performance of the push notification campaigns I sent recently.”
* “Look at the click rates of my emails. How can I increase clicks?”
* “Credit applications have been dropping lately. Analyze the numbers.”

<figure><img src="https://1642824329-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FX6uilbEAw42gqsudlclY%2Fuploads%2F4FOumGW1Bfr3haa4tyHD%2FEkran%20Resmi%202026-10-07%2011.35.49.png?alt=media&#x26;token=7132f123-4a71-462a-a282-23219f321c9f" alt="N-Assistant answer to a push notification performance request with findings, diagnosis, recommended actions and key figure cards."><figcaption><p>An answer to a push notification performance request.</p></figcaption></figure>

### Security and privacy

N-Assistant is built with data protection at the center. Personal data does not reach the model, your brand is not exposed to it, and your Netmera role decides what you can see. Read [Security and privacy](/netmera-user-guide/ai-features/n-assistant/security-and-privacy.md) for details, or browse the [FAQ](/netmera-user-guide/ai-features/n-assistant/faq.md) for quick answers.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://user.netmera.com/netmera-user-guide/ai-features/n-assistant.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
