# İşlem

Aksiyonlar, bir kullanıcı bir journey içinde bir noktaya ulaştığında ne olacağını belirler. Bunları mesaj göndermek, saklanan kullanıcı bilgilerini güncellemek, bir etkinlik kaydetmek, uygulamaya veri göndermek veya başka bir journey başlatmak için kullanın.
