Netmera App
Your campaigns don't pause when you step away from your desk. Netmera App puts the most critical parts of your marketing operation in your pocket, so you can monitor, validate, and act on what matters wherever you are.
Netmera App is purpose-built for mobile. It is not a condensed version of the web panel. It is a different kind of tool, optimized for speed and presence rather than depth and configuration. The web panel is where you build. The app is where you stay in control.
Why Netmera App
Marketing operations don't follow a schedule. Campaigns launch, events spike, and approval queues fill up, often when you're not at your desk. Netmera App gives you real-time visibility and fast-action capability built specifically for those moments. Every screen is designed around one question: what do you need to know or do right now? With Netmera App, you can:
Monitor active campaigns across all channels
Review key performance metrics at a glance
Take action on urgent campaign situations
Inspect user profiles and event activity
Validate audiences and segment definitions
Install Netmera App
Download the app from the appropriate distribution link:
Android: Netmera App for Android
iOS: Coming Soon
After installation, open the app and allow the required notification permissions.
Sign in with the same credentials you use for the Netmera web panel. No new account needed.

Select a panel
After verification, the app displays the panels you are authorized to access.
Tap the panel you want to open. If the list is long, use the Search apps... field to find it faster.

Navigate the app
Selecting a panel takes you directly to the Dashboard, your command center for real-time channel health.
From any screen, tap the menu icon (☰) in the top-left corner to open the sidebar. The sidebar gives you instant access to every major work area in the app.

Dashboard
The Dashboard gives you a high-level read on how your channels are performing right now. It is the best place to start every session.
Dashboard metrics
Start every day with a quick Dashboard scan. A sudden drop in Opt-in Users or Monthly Active Devices is often the first signal of an issue worth investigating.
These metrics appear across channels. Their exact meaning depends on the channel.
Total Users
Unique users with at least one registered device or reachable contact for that channel
Total Devices
Unique devices registered for that channel
Monthly Active Devices
Unique devices active in the last 30 days
Opt-in Users
Users or devices with channel notification permission enabled
Opt-out Users
Unique users with all devices fully opted out for that channel
Subscribed Users
Unique users subscribed to receive SMS, Email, or WhatsApp messages
Unsubscribed Users
Unique users unsubscribed from SMS, Email, or WhatsApp messages

Monitor campaign activity
The Messages area is your live view into campaign performance. It brings all active campaign types together in one place, optimized for fast review.
Recent Campaigns
Recent Campaigns shows your latest campaigns across all your channels updated in real time.
For a quick check:
Open Messages.
Scan the newest campaigns first.
Find the campaign you want to validate.
Tap the campaign to inspect its details.
Use this screen to:
Confirm that a campaign launched as expected
Spot campaigns that need immediate attention
Identify campaigns you may need to pause or review urgently

Message Report
Tap into any campaign to review its message-level results and decide whether action is needed. This screen gives you the signal you need to either move on or escalate.
For a fast review:
Open the campaign from Recent Campaigns.
Review the top-level results first.
Compare current performance against your expected trend.
If something looks off, open the full report in the web panel for a deeper investigation.
Use this screen to:
Check whether delivery looks healthy
Validate early engagement after launch
Confirm the campaign is performing within expectations

Pending Approval
Pending Approval shows every campaign that is blocked from launch and waiting on a sign-off. This screen is your fastest way to prevent delays during high-volume campaign days.
For a fast check:
Open Pending Approval before each launch window.
Review the waiting items.
Tap a blocked campaign to get more context.
Follow up with the right approver when timing is critical.
Use it to:
Identify campaigns waiting on approval
Prevent launch delays before they happen
Confirm whether urgent campaigns are still blocked
Coordinate with the right approver quickly
Build a two-step habit: check Pending Approval before each launch window, and check Recent Campaigns after. Together, they cover your full launch cycle.

Analyze event activity
Event Insight shows how often specific user actions are occurring, filtered by date and event type. Use it to validate that key behaviors are trending as expected.
An event is any tracked user action: sign-up, add-to-cart, purchase, app open, and so on.
Use this screen when you need to validate whether a key user action is trending normally.
To analyze event activity:
Select the date range.
Choose an event from the Search Event dropdown.
Review the ranked list of results, ordered from highest to lowest event count.
The list is ordered from the highest event count to the lowest.
Use this screen when you want to:
Confirm that a key event is firing normally
Compare event volume across time periods
Investigate sudden changes in user behavior
Validate a trigger or conversion event tied to an active campaign
If you spot a sudden drop or spike, open the web panel to run a deeper segmented analysis. The app gives you the signal, and the panel gives you the full picture.

Review app health
Netmera App includes two dedicated analytics screens for monitoring installation trends and version distribution. Both are designed for fast, high-confidence reads.
Installation Analytics
Installation Analytics tracks how your app is being installed, reinstalled, and uninstalled over time: broken down by platform.
For a fast check:
Open Installation Analytics.
Compare iOS and Android trends side by side.
Look for spikes, drops, or sharp deviations from the baseline.
Investigate anomalies around release dates or major campaign days.
You can review results for both iOS and Android.
Use it to catch:
Sudden uninstall spikes
Release-related installation changes
Platform-specific trends
Unexpected shifts after a campaign or app update

App Version Analytics
App Version Analytics shows which app versions are most common among your users. It lists them from highest to lowest count, split by iOS and Android.
For a fast check:
Open App Version Analytics.
Review the top versions for iOS and Android.
Confirm whether adoption is high enough for version-based targeting.
Use this screen to:
Identify outdated app versions still in wide use
Estimate upgrade adoption rates
Decide whether a campaign should target or exclude specific versions
Confirm sufficient user coverage before version-specific campaigns go live
Always check App Version Analytics before launching a campaign that targets a specific app version. It takes 30 seconds and prevents targeting the wrong audience.

Find users and inspect targeting data
The Targeting menu gives you direct access to user profiles and audience definitions. Use it when you need to validate who is, or is not, in a campaign's reach.
People
Segments
These screens help you inspect users and understand existing audience definitions.
People
People lets you search for any individual user by their known identifiers.
Search by:
External ID
Email
GSM number
WhatsApp number
Tap a result row to open that user's full profile detail page.
Use this screen to:
Verify whether a specific user exists in the panel
Inspect an individual user profile
Support campaign troubleshooting at the user level
Review a user before taking urgent action
Segments
A segment is a saved audience definition based on user attributes, rules, or behavior. The Segments screen shows every segment created in the selected panel.
Tap a segment row to inspect:
Audience size
Creator
Creation date
Filter definition
Use this screen when you need to confirm:
Which audience a campaign is targeting
Whether a segment still reflects current expectations
How a segment was originally defined

Get the Most Out of Netmera App
The app is most powerful when it becomes part of your daily rhythm. These habits take under five minutes per check and keep you ahead of issues before they escalate.
Start with the Dashboard every morning. A 30-second scan tells you if anything needs attention before the day begins.
Check Recent Campaigns after every launch window. Confirm the campaign is live and performing as expected.
Open Pending Approval before high-volume launch days. Don't let an approval bottleneck delay a time-sensitive send.
Use Event Insight when a campaign depends on a key conversion event. Validate that the trigger is firing before the campaign window closes.
Check App Version Analytics before version-targeted campaigns. Confirm your audience size before sending.
Use People for any user-level troubleshooting. Fast profile lookups save back-and-forth with support teams.
What Netmera App Is Built For
Netmera App excels at short, high-value workflows:
Quick monitoring: channel health, campaign status, event trends
Urgent review: message reports, approval queues, anomaly detection

For campaign creation, advanced configuration, and full analytics depth, the Netmera web panel is the right tool. The app and the panel are designed to work together, and each does what it does best.
